Last week, the Cellardoor team were lucky enough to see the lovely Bobby Long perform at Hoxton Square Bar and Grill. After being away for a while, and touring everywhere from America to Europe, Long played a gig in his home town. He wowed the crowd with his beautiful voice and acoustic melodies, and left us wanting more. Let's hope he's back again soon.

So we just stumbled across the cover of this month's American Vogue..
what do you guys think of it?
The jury's still out, but we have to say we're not too keen. Denim on denim? Hmm. Blonde hair, dark roots, thick eyebrows? It was obviously meant to be reminscent of issues from the early 90's, but we think the end product looks a tad dated.
Jessica Biel looks very "Christy Turlington circa 1993" - which certainly worked for her - but we think Jess looks better as herself.
Don't get us wrong, we love fashion throwbacks and a bit of recycling, but we don't love this. Not for Vogue.

If you're tired of traipsing around the January sales and want a cultural break, don't worry. It's not too late to see the wonderful Pop Life: Art in a Material World exhibition currently showing at London's Tate Modern. The exhibition features work by Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons and Andy Warhol, and explores the relationship between their art, commerce and celebrity. It's one not to be missed!
