Something old, something new

If you're anything like us, we're sure you will agree that sometimes listening to music on laptops doesn't quite match up to the romance of record players and radios. So imagine our delight when we stumbled across this brilliant design from Interaction Design MA student Jordi Parra

Combining our nostalgic love for a tangible record player and possibly the best thing to happen to music since The Beatles (that'd be Spotify then), this ingenious 'Spotify box' is a beautiful device that uses Spotify technology to play music over a wireless connection. There is even a modern twist with mini 'records' that users can upload playlists onto to then play on the box. Confused? Watch this video and prepare to fall in love!

Should this design get put into production, we would be first in the queue!
